REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Our Policy at Dynamic Bazar does not allow any refunds. Each Product is specifically undergoing strict quality control checks.
REPLACEMENT
We allow our customers to exchange the product only if it’s damaged in transit. Please note that we only allow a replacement of product, but no refund. If you wish to Replace your product, kindly refer to the following steps –
- Send us an email within 2 days of receiving the package on info@dynamicbazar.online. If the number of days exceeds the same, then the item will not be accepted for an exchange.
- Our team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details.
- Pack the Product in its original packaging with all the original Accessories, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email. Please note that we will not accept any exchanges for items marked as SALE.
- WE WILL ISSUE REFUND IN CASE OF cancellation OF ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS TO THE SOURSE OF PAYMENT.
IN CASE OF FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM
Every product we send out is quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it as long as it has been communicated within 2 days of delivery. Please note that inappropriate use of the product is not considered a manufacturing fault. The courier cost of the same will be upon us. If you have received a faulty item, please email us at info@dynamicbazar.online In the email, mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available upon return.
